Bho Extraction

After designing Pamolab's first closed-loop system in 2015, owner and chief scientist Randy Rhodes envisioned a more efficient, versatile system to handle our brand's needs and those of cultivators statewide.

Today, that vision is realized with our advanced hydrocarbon extraction system. Our closed loop C1D1 is capable of processing dry and live material on both small and large scales, featuring a rapid recovery system, and a larger run capacity than market alternatives.

    $150/LB -3lb minimum batch size
    $100/LB -full run of 5 to 6lbs
    $80/LB -3+ runs of 5 to 6lbs

  • Fresh/Frozen Material

    $110/LB - 4lb minimum batch size

Water Extraction

Handled with meticulous care, our solventless extraction uses UV sterilized reverse osmosis water and ice. In our custom-built sterile lab, we wash and press Whole Plant Fresh Frozen cannabis, ensuring the cleanest products for our clients.

Our water extraction is billed in two steps:

  • Washing Material: $75 per pound, with a minimum requirement of 1000 grams.

  • Pressing Hash: Billed on a buyback system at $1.50 per gram pressed.

  • Hash Rosin - Washing

    $75/LB

    Whole Plant Fresh Frozen
    1000 gram minimum

    Washed using only certified Food Grade equipment paired with in house UV sterilized reverse osmosis Ice and Water.

  • Hash Rosin - Pressing

    $1.50/GRAM

    Pamolab Hash is pressed on a V2 Low Temp hydraulic press with 5x7 inch plates with our goal being to have your hash exposed to heat for the least amount of time possible. Hash is returned to our customers in “fresh pressed” or “cured” consistencies, to be specified at drop off.

Distillation

Distillation is a versatile method used to produce high-quality cannabis extracts suitable for various applications. At Pamolab we offer large scale distillation via our wipe film distillation system.  The capacity for this machine starts at 10 pounds of biomass with a discount provided for a full run of 30 pounds.

Distillation is billed based on the post processing yield. You will be charged per gram on the weight of your final product.

  • Adult Use

    From plant material - $9 per gram 
    10lb minimum batch size

    From crude - $4.50 per gram

  • Medical

    From plant material - $4.50 per gram
    10lb minimum batch size

    From crude - $2.25 per gram

Vape filling

At Pamolab we use only the best cartridges available and that is why we chose .5g and 1g ADV cartridges for our vape line. With a .01% fail rate. ADV Cartridges utilize a flavor focused atomizer and are certified lead free.

Disposables

In the world of disposable units performance is everything.  Pamolab’s Nimbus hits like a prize fighter right out of the package.  Big clouds combined with the no clog technology give this little guy knock out power.

  • FSO/Cart Sauce Conversion

    $50 per batch

    Add on cost to convert sugar/badder to decarbed FSO/Cart sauce at a per batch rate

  • AVD ceramic tip + Brass plated post

    $3.55 per cartridge

    Have your oil filled into 1 gram or 0.5 gram AVD ceramic tipped carts with a brass plated center post

  • AVD ceramic tip + Full Ceramic post

    $4.00 per cartridge

    Have your oil filled into 1 gram or 0.5 gram AVD ceramic tipped carts with a full ceramic center post

  • Nimbus Rechargeable Disposable

    $6 per device

    Have your oil filled into branded 1 gram Nimbus disposable units
